An established allied health provider on the Fraser Coast is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join its growing team.

This role offers a mix of clinic and community-based work, supporting a diverse NDIS caseload while providing supervision and mentoring to two junior Occupational Therapists. You'll work within a multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Pathologists in a collaborative and well-supported environment.

It is an exciting time to join the company as they open up a third clinic and begin adding other disciplines, offering rapid career progression!

Requirements

• AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• 3+ years' clinical experience
• Previous mentoring, supervision, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience working within the NDIS
